Join us to understand how a flexible, yet scalable, requirements model can be adopted in a truly agile fashion to win over the sinister forces that lurk around. This real-world magic highlights the minimal elements - the ‘What’s Essential’ to manage requirements effectively to set a solid foundation. We will discuss how these real-world, field-tested models can be applied to cross-domain teams, outsourced teams to establish communication channels that allow the ‘right’ transparency and visibility with the right amount of ‘gating’ to seal the win.
