Registration

The prices listed in the tables below are standard prices and include VAT.

The early bird booking period ends on Monday, 8 March 2027 and applies to tickets for ≥ 2 days.

You can choose tickets for the conference days (Mon/Tue/Wed). Half-day workshops take place on Monday, while the keynotes and presentations are held on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Throughout the conference, our REConf participants and partners will be treated to a selection of culinary delights*:

• Coffee breaks: Morning and afternoon, including coffee and tea specialities as well as a selection of snacks (Mon–Wed)
• Lunch: Seasonal buffet with starters, a selection of main courses and desserts, including soft drinks (Mon–Wed)
• Dinner: Light meal (Mon); seasonal buffet with starters, a selection of main courses and desserts, including beverages (Tue)

* The catering listed above is included in the price of your REConf ticket for the conference days you have booked.

You are welcome to register now and let us know your workshop selection by email in December.

We offer payment by invoice/bank transfer and credit card (Visa/Mastercard).

If you require a quotation for your manager or procurement department before booking, you can request one at the end of the booking process.

1. When 4 people or more register at the same time and the total registration fee is more than 7,000 euros (excluding VAT):
   13% discount on the total order ("the 4th person pays just a half")

2. When 6 people or more register at the same time and the total registration fee is more than 10,500 euros (excluding VAT):
   17% discount on the total order ("the 6th person attends the REConf free of charge")

Should you reach more than these amounts, please contact us at reconf@hood-group.com. We will then put together an individual offer for you. For this we require the names of the delegates and the individual days and workshops they will be attending.
