The prices shown in the following tables are regular rates incl. VAT.

The early bird booking period ended on Friday 23 February 2024.

The following ticket categories are available:

• Tickets for the Conference: 3, 2 or 1-day tickets for the conference days (Mon/Tue/Wed): Half-day workshops take place on Monday, keynote speeches & conference presentations take place on Tuesday/Wednesday.
• Tickets for the Special Workshops
  • on Thursday/Friday ("Certified Agile Requirements Specialist" (CARS)
• Combi-Tickets for the Conference incl. Special Workshop: Combi-Tickets for for the 2-day Special Workshop (Thur/Fri) plus Conference (Mon/Tue/Wed).

The Evening Event on 22.&23.04.2024 are included in all REConf tickets. This means that anyone registered for the Conference on Mon/Tue/Wed and for the Special Workshop on Thur/Fri may also attend both Evening Events.

Payment can be made by invoice/bank transfer, credit card (Visa/Master Card) and Paypal.

1. When 4 people or more register at the same time and the total registration fee is more than 7,000 euros (excluding VAT):
   12,5% discount on the total order ("the 4th person pays just a half")

2. When 6 people or more register at the same time and the total registration fee is more than 10,500 euros (excluding VAT):
   17% discount on the total order ("the 6th person attends the REConf free of charge")

Should you reach more than these amounts, please contact us at reconf@hood-group.com. We will then put together an individual offer for you. For this we require the names of the delegates and the individual days and workshops they will be attending.
