„Requirements AI“ – Next Generation Requirements Assessment

As the complexity of engineered products continues to grow, managing requirements from RFQs, tenders, and regulations across organizations, tools, and lifecycles has become an increasingly critical challenge, often resulting in higher risks costs and cycle-time inefficiencies.

The workshop will showcase how DRIMCO’s “Requirements AI” uses a smart orchestration of multi-AI action agents - such as GPTender - to revolutionize requirements management. Participants will experience how DRIM intelligently understands complex customer specification documents, automatically identifies and analyses requirements, assists in AI-driven change management and knowledge reuse, extracts key parameters to build smart configurators, and enables interactive chat with requirements, standards, and compliance information — all within a unified intelligent platform. This next-generation approach transforms static documentation into a dynamic, query-driven knowledge environment that accelerates understanding, validation and decision-making.

The session features dynamic audience interaction, involving participants to share their experiences, challenges, and real-world use cases in requirements management. In the hands-on workshop we will collaboratively assess with the participants the feasibility of selected use cases using advanced functionalities e.g.:

• Capturing documents from various formats
• Segmenting documents into requirement objects
• Categorizing requirieren objetcs into topics, disciplines, etc…
• Automatic Assigning documents / requirement objects to individuals, departments or disciplines
• Assessing requirement objects regarding compliance status, criticality, etc…
• Updating revised documents / requirement objects
• Creating accurate compliance metrics or clarification and exception lists
• GPTender: Extract relevant parameter-values to build configurators and ensure compliancy
• GPTender: Interactive Q&A with requirement specification

Aimed at professionals involved in requirements elicitation, particularly within complex, interdisciplinary, or regulated environments, the workshop offers hands-on experience in how AI can streamline daily workflows. Participants will explore practical functionalities, contribute their own examples and discover how AI-driven methods enhance efficiency, speed and accuracy in managing requirements with the goal to transfer the concept of deep requirements digitalization to their own organizations.
