Interventions
How can we intervene in cultures that prevent good requirements management?
Which starting positions and approaches make reflection and rethinking possible in the first place?
What do we need to do so that people "hear the penny drop"? And at which level and on which points can we focus on to successfully intervene?

RE in Autonomous Systems, IoT and the Digital World
We wish to ensure the quality of modern and complex products. To that end, the development process is subject to ever increasing requirements. That RE is of central importance in system development processes is now absolutely clear. But, in view of the complexity, do we need entirely new stand-alone methods? What does a particular culture look like in networked development? Which additional cultural requirements do we have to meet now?

Success and Failure
Sometimes culture stands in the way of change. But there are are also cultures that support change. Where can corporate culture (incl. your formal organisation / organisational structure) support change? What cultural factors support good RE? What factors hinder it?
What does the requirements profile for a culture that supports good RE look like?

RE and Systems Thinking
System-theoretical concepts, largely developed from engineering, have been quickly applied to asking "soft" questions. This has also given rise to concepts such as systematic coaching and operations research.
Can we address questions of culture from an engineer's perspective? How can concepts such as cybernetics, systems thinking and system dynamics help us in this?

Agile RE
According to a study by the Boston Consulting Group, agile organisations are up to five-times more likely to produce higher margins and stronger growth than their competitors. In an agile environment, to what extent is RE a question of culture? How can RE provide support in agile cultures? What happens to RE with agile transformation?

RE in Software Development
Software development is becoming increasingly important in organisations. Even in ones that have no technical product development, for example the service sector. Does RE have special tasks in software development? In pure software development, could we actually handle culture without RE? Is rapid prototyping the solution?

Hybrid Approaches - Does it make sense?
We often have the need to combine both agile and traditional approaches in our businesses. Is this possible? And if yes, does it produce the same or a better result than in a monoculture? How does company culture need to be established for this?

Communications Culture
In requirements, we communicate at different levels and with different languages (e.g. specialist terminology/IT language) These various languages highlight cultural differences. This often results in barriers. We need to overcome them. We can create trust with a common understanding and mindset. It is the basis for successful cooperation irrespective of language. This is simply a question of culture.

Culture of Support Tools
What do our tools need to provide in the future, in order to support new types of RE and cooperation? What culturally-driven expectations do we place on tools? How can AI help? How does UX support it?
