RM&E- Change through motivation, qualification, acceptance
Two day method workshop
The introduction and optimisation of Requirements Management & Engineering (RM&E) in companies has basically always an effect on the customary mode of operation of all staff concerned. Inseparably connected therewith are changes in the culture of the related area.
Due to the frequent necessity to use new RM&E tools and the implementation of changed processes, the staff is subject to "additional" strain especially in the initial phase. This might cause unexpected mood swings among the staff of a project team. As a consequence there are higher risks concerning quality, cost and schedules.
We give you support in the definition and application of target oriented ways of communication and media in your projects. With an optimised communication you create a readiness to accept changes and thus facilitate the anchoring of new processes.
