Requirements Management for Managers
One day training
According to a survey of the Standish Group about 15 % of all projects fail, further 51 % are to be considered as only partially successful. They are not completed on time, the calculated costs are exceeded or they supply products with a wrong or missing scope of performance. When reviewing the reasons for such failures, by failures caused by project management and failures which result from lack of administration or missing follow up of requirements stand first in line. The role of management is often decisive for the success of a project.
This one-day course is aimed at the senior management of large development organisations and shows how the above mentioned factors can be disposed of at fairly low costs by doing adequate Requirements Management and Engineering.

- have recognised, how they can lower costs in future projects by using RM&E by observing the areas of conflict: project development versus product development,
