The HOOD ScrumMaster will advise you on selecting the right Scrum team members and in choosing a suitable product owner. If needed, a highly qualified product owner can also be provided by HOOD.

The HOOD ScrumMaster will ensure project success by supporting everyone involved in using Scrum. He or she will create transparency regarding the progress of the project and the goals reached. HOOD will hold planning meetings, daily Scrums, reviews and retrospectives with the team, thereby helping the team to organise itself. We will coach the team in the use of Scrum, remove obstacles and enable the implementation of improvement measures.
