Coaching for Product Owners (POs)

The HOOD Coach will assume responsibility for important tasks such as identifying the relevant stakeholders and eliciting and accurately formulating the requirements and process changes. We will consolidate the requirements and highlight any conflicts of interest between the wishes of the various stakeholders. The HOOD Coach will make recommendations for prioritising technical/specialist process issues and prepare documentation for decision-making at planning meetings. Our Coach will support you in each project phase, taking over important tasks from the PO to ensure the quality of the results.

For whom is this service beneficial?

• Less experienced POs, who wish to improve their methodology through our coaching and avoid the typical pitfalls and mistakes made by novices in the role of PO.
• POs who are overstretched, whom our Coach can support, even in so far as taking over all tasks, so that the PO only has to has intervene in the project in a decision-making role.
