In order to ensure the long-term success of an organisational change, such as an improvement in requirements engineering, it is necessary to provide those staff affected with comprehensive training. Specialist coaching for individual roles in an organisation is an effective way to reinforce changes in a team.

Our focus is on improving our customers' performance, bearing in mind the available resources. Our coaching services include both one-to-one coaching of managers, as well as specialist roles, such as systems engineers, system architects, requirements engineers, process owners and Scrum product owner etc.
