Ivar Jacobson International GmbH is founded

HOOD Limited is proud to announce Ivar Jacobson International Germany (IJI Germany) is founded as of May 21st. The foundation of this new Ivar Jacobson International subsidiary is a part of the Ivar Jacobson International expansion in Central Europe.
With Ivar Jacobson International`s starting operations in Central Europe HOOD Limited establishes a new company: Ivar Jacobson International Germany (IJI Germany).
Ivar Jacobson International and HOOD Group have today signed a franchise agreement to start the IJI operations in Germany. Based on the success in the UK and the large interest from other parts of Europe in the practice based approach, IJI initiated its expansion into the Dutch and German speaking markets in January this year. With this agreement IJI is making an even bigger commitment in the German speaking market and will start its operations with HOOD Group as a franchisee in Germany.
The foundation of Ivar Jacobson International Germany is the finalising step of the published news about the Letter of Intent signed in March 2008.
