Colin Hood
Colin Hood founded HOOD Consulting in 1987. Throughout this time, HOOD Consulting has provided extensive services covering areas such as training, consultancy and systems development. Colin's education has been wide and varied. He holds a BSc in Electronic Engineering from Brunel University, a diploma in management studies and a MBA from Henley. Colin has worked in many European countries providing software engineering practices as well as producing embedded software himself. He has been extensively involved in all aspects of software engineering in Germany.
Rupert Wiebel
Rupert Wiebel has left Telelogic GmbH (formerly Quality Systems and Software GmbH) as their Central European sales and operations manager to join HOOD GmbH as its German sales and operations manager. After his Diploma in Informatik (Computer Science) from Technical University Munich in 1988, Rupert worked as Lead Engineer for projects in the network and communications area. After 1991 he worked as a CASE specialist and gave training and consultancy for various CASE tools and methods, including Requirements Management tools and methods. 1997 Rupert joined Quality Systems & Software GmbH (QSS). In this role he was responsible for all activities of QSS in Germany and Central Europe. During this period QSS became the leading Requirements Management company. QSS's main product, DOORS, also became the leading Requirements Management tool.
