Rupert Wiebel – Managing Director

After his Diploma in Informatik (Computer Science) from Technical University Munich in 1988, Rupert worked as Lead Engineer for projects in the network and communications area. After 1991 he worked as a CASE specialist and gave training and consultancy for various CASE tools and methods, including Requirements Management tools and methods. 1997 Rupert joined Quality Systems & Software GmbH (QSS). In this role he was responsible for all activities of QSS in Germany and Central Europe. During this period QSS became the leading Requirements Management company. QSS's main product, DOORS, also became the leading Requirements Management tool. (QSS and DOORS have been sold to Telelogic in 2001; Telelogic and DOORS moved to IBM in 2008)

Rupert Wiebel has left Telelogic in 2001 as their Central European sales and operations manager to join HOOD GmbH as its German sales and operations manager. Since 2004 he is Managing Director of HOOD
